Akratos Poolside Bar is located by the main pool and offers a range of refreshing drinks and light snacks. We particularly enjoyed the mini brioche burgers, chicken aranchini balls with whiskey and truffle mayo and the pork belly tacos.
The pool bar is perfect for enjoying a drink while soaking up the sun. Try a sundowner cocktail, inspired by Plato’s Symposium. We recommend a High Spirits cocktail with Aperol, sparkling wine, elderflower and quince, or a Santorinian Spritz mocktail with Roots Divino Bianco, Blue Curacao, citrus and tonic.
